Know what is in the air, the walls and the water.

Environmental testing for homes, buildings, builders and claims in Palm Beach and Broward. Every sample goes to an accredited lab, every finding is graded, and every report ends in a clear plan. We test; we never do the remediation.

How every finding is graded

  1. Immediate

Act now. These items lead the action plan.

  2. Soon

Plan the fix. These come next in the plan.

  3. Monitor

No action yet. Watch for change.

  4. Fine

    Nothing to do.

Six disciplines, one graded report.

A Baseline covers all six in one visit. Each sample is recorded where it is taken, sent to an accredited lab under chain of custody, and comes back into a single graded report.

What the report includes

  1. AIR

    Air sampling

What is in the air indoors, measured against the air outside.

    Samples and checks: Spore traps · VOC (TO-15) · PM2.5/PM10 · CO2

  2. MST

    Moisture and water intrusion

Where water is getting in or collecting, found before it turns into mold or rot.

Samples and checks: Thermal imaging · pin and pinless readings

  3. HVC

    HVAC and filtration

Whether the air conditioning is cleaning the air or spreading a problem through the house.

Samples and checks: Swabs and tape lifts · setpoint review

  4. WTR

    Water testing

Whether the water from the taps, or the well, is safe to drink.

Samples and checks: Lead · copper · coliform and E. coli · disinfection byproducts · nitrates · PFAS

  5. SOL

    Exterior and soil

Whether the ground where children play, pets run and vegetables grow is clean, and where rain drains.

Samples and checks: Pesticides · herbicides · lead · arsenic

  6. PRD

    Products and practices

What the household itself adds to the air, from cleaners to candles.

Samples and checks: Inventory and habits review

A place at the front of the line.

After a hurricane, assessors across Florida are booked for weeks. The named-storm retainer is paid ahead, so your property is assessed within a guaranteed window after the all-clear, by people who already know it, at rates agreed in advance.

Before any storm, your property is on file from an onboarding visit, with its contacts and access agreed, and a pre-storm checklist arrives 72 hours before landfall. When the storm has passed, retainer clients are first in line.

On your side of the table.

A test result is only useful if no one stands to gain from what it says. Three rules keep the advice on your side, on every job.

  1. 01

Every report is checked and signed before release

Every finding is checked against the photographs and the lab data, and the grades and the action plan are confirmed before the report is signed. No report reaches a client without it.

    Report sign-off

    • Done: Findings checked against photographs
    • Done: Findings checked against lab data
    • Done: Grades and action plan confirmed

    Signed for the firmDate

No report is released without this signature.

  2. 02

    We never do the remediation

The firm that tests should not be the firm paid to fix what it finds. We find the problem, grade it and, where one is needed, write the instructions the cleanup contractor works to. Other companies do the work.

  3. 03

    No commissions from contractors

When work is needed you get a vetted referral list. No contractor pays us for the introduction, so the advice stays on your side of the table.

Once the work is done, we can test the area again to confirm it was done properly. Add-ons, including cleanup oversight
