Named-Storm Response Retainer

A pre-paid guarantee that when a named storm hits, your property is assessed within a fixed window, by people who already know it, at pre-agreed rates. After a hurricane, assessors across Florida are booked for weeks. The retainer gives you what is hardest to find then: a guaranteed place at the front of the line.

The morning after a storm, a specialist photographs a water-stained wall at a white stucco estate.

What we do

Before any storm

  1. 01

    Property on file

Floor plans, roof and envelope notes, air handler locations, known weak points and emergency contacts, collected on an onboarding visit.
  2. 02

    Response planned in advance

Your property's file, contacts and access are settled before the season, so the assessment can start the moment it is safe.
  3. 03

    Pre-storm checklist

Sent 72 hours before landfall: HVAC settings, shutting down water features, documenting baseline photos.
