Coquina Environmental tests and monitors the environmental health of homes and buildings in Palm Beach and Broward. We offer programs that keep watching a property over the years as well as single visits, and every job ends in a lab-backed, graded report with a numbered action plan.

Inventory and habits review
The standard behind every report
Every visit follows a written protocol for the service you booked, and every area inspected and every sample location is photographed. Samples go only to AIHA-LAP accredited laboratories, under chain of custody.
Every finding is checked against the photographs and the lab data, graded Immediate, Soon, Monitor or Fine, and carried into a numbered action plan. Each report is reviewed and signed before it is released, and every client is offered a call to walk through it.
What we will not do
We do not perform remediation, and we take no commission from the contractors who do. When work is needed you get a referral list, and the advice stays on your side.
If you want the cleanup supervised, we can write the instructions the contractor works to and test the area once it is finished, paid by you as an add-on.
