Continuous monitoring package
Air quality sensors (particulate, VOC, humidity, CO2) in 3 areas of the home plus leak sensors at 4 points, installed and monitored by us, with alerts to you and to us.
$1,200 install, plus $45 per month

Remediation oversight
For clients who want an independent check on the cleanup. We write the instructions the contractor works to, help you choose the contractor, inspect the work while it is under way, and test the area once it is finished. The contractor does the remediation; we never do. Our fee is paid by you, never by the contractor.
12% of remediation cost, $750 minimum

Products and practices consultation
A full review of the cleaning, personal care, pest and lawn products in use, with a replacement list and a written household practices guide.
