One standard, whatever you book.

Whichever service you book, the visit, the lab work and the report follow one standard and one format, and every report is reviewed and signed before it reaches you.

How findings are graded

Every finding gets one of four grades. The action plan is ordered by them.
  • Immediate

Act now. These items lead the action plan.

  • Soon

Plan the fix. These come next in the plan.

  • Monitor

No action yet. Watch for change.

  • Fine

    Nothing to do.
