Privacy

Only what you type into the booking form or the storm retainer form: your name, email address and phone number, the property’s address or town, the kind of property, the service you are asking about, and anything you add in the notes.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Like any web server, the host keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

To answer your request, confirm the service, scope and price, schedule the visit and, if you become a client, keep the property’s file: its reports, its visits and anything you report about it. We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Only the people at Coquina Environmental who work on your request or your property. Samples go to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Reports go to you and to anyone you ask us to send them to. We share information beyond that only when the law requires it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep for a job or by law. Send the request through the booking form and say it is a privacy request.
